Top administrators with Blackman Township received gross pay increases as high as 56% in 2020, a year when many private businesses in the township were shuttered due to the coronavirus.

Township Supervisor Peter Jancek had a gross pay increase from $24,000 in 2019 to $37,538 in 2020. That's a 56% increase.

Clerk Shelly Sercombe had a gross pay increase from $15,957 in 2019 to $24,224 in 2020. That's a 52% increase.

Treasurer Philip Preston had a gross pay increase from $12,850 in 2019 to $20,100 in 2010, also a 56% increase.

Many full-timers also enjoyed robust increases in gross pay.
